1. 30-Day Unconditional Return (General Terms)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and unassembled, in its original factory condition
• All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are intact and undamaged
• The item is in a resalable condition (no scratches, dents, grease, or odors)

⚠️ Important: Cleaning products (e.g., cloths, brushes, scrapers) that come into direct contact with food residue/grease, and storage items (e.g., racks, containers) that require assembly or weight-bearing, are considered used once opened or assembled and will not be eligible for return.

If you receive a product that is:

• Physically damaged (cracked, deformed, missing parts)
• Functionally defective (e.g., shelf cannot hold stated weight, drain rack doesn’t drain)

📦 Packaging tip: Storage items are often rigid, and cleaning tools may have liquids or bristles. Use bubble wrap to prevent transit damage – otherwise, your refund may be affected.

7. Important Disclaimers

• All returns must have a valid RMA. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and not refunded
• If the returned item does not meet our conditions (e.g., used or damaged packaging), we will contact you to discuss options or send it back (at your expense)
